First, I was a writer. Then I was an editor. And now, after more than 22 years in publishing, I’m both—with a somewhat different mission. Today, I work with B2B and B2C clients and nonprofit organizations to enhance their marketing efforts—namely with creative and functional content.
I’ve spent years working with writers and designers to create award-winning publications. Through print and digital magazines, I developed content strategy that captured readers’ attention. Now I use that same well-developed approach to tell rich and compelling stories—through magazine articles, website content, blogs, feature articles, profiles, catalog copy, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral.
When I’m not writing, I provide my clients with strategy, copy editing, proofreading and fact-checking to ensure their content is clear, adheres to proper grammar rules and is factual. I have edited a range of materials from medical journal articles written by doctors to consumer stories written for mainstream publications. I’m a stickler for consistency, readability, authenticity and the truth.
